Shipping policy

Orders will be packed within 1-2 business days of orders being placed, unless website notification indicates otherwise (i.e Christmas period).

Where evidence of a lost parcel is provided, a replacement order will be provided to the customer free of cost. Where incorrect address details have been provided by the customer, no liability will be accepted by Grippy where the parcel is unable to be located.
