Self-Serve Returns Portal
Should you wish to exchange items due to incorrect size selected or change of mind within 30 days of receiving the goods, please log in to your account via the website (the pink 'person' icon on top right of the page) where you will be provided with a login code to view your order history.
Please select which item/s you wish to return, the reason for the exchange and indicate the goods you wish to receive instead. Once the returns request has been submitted, a member of our team will respond with approval to post the unused items back to us (at your cost). Please note: Final sale items (XS sizes on sale) are unable to be refunded.
Please note: If there is any difference of price between the exchanged items, a payment link will be provided to pay any difference prior to new goods being sent, or refund of the difference offered, if applicable.

Please include your original order details and specifics of the exchange required (size and style) to ensure correct exchange is processed. We will then send you out the new items at our cost.
Faulty items
We work hard to bring you quality grip socks. Should you encounter any issues with our products within 30 days of receiving the goods, please contact us on hello@grippyau.com
Faulty items will be replaced where sufficient evidence is provided.
